Turkey Burgers with Sweet Potato Wedges
What you need
500g packet turkey mince
½ teaspoon of chilli powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon chilli powder
5 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 large, sweet potatoes

Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan oven 180°C and gas mark 6.
Put the turkey mince into a large bowl.
Mix the spices with 4 tablespoons of oil in a mug.
Pour half the spice mix into the mince and combine. (Keep the other half of the spice mix for the wedges).
Mould the turkey mixture into 4 balls.
Pat down the balls to form burger patties and put into the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into wedges.
Put wedges into cleaned bowl and add the rest of your spice mix.
Place the wedges onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 mins until crispy.
Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil on a hot frying pan. Place the turkey burgers on the pan and fry until cooked through Tip: Cut one burger through the middle and if it is NOT pink it is cooked through.
Serve the burgers in burger buns with lettuce and sliced tomato with the sweet potato wedges as your side.
