Salmon and Noodles with Soya and Honey Sauce

What you need
2 salmon fillets
1 small packet dried egg noodles
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
For the sauce
4 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chilli powder
Salt & pepper

Method
Preheat oven to 1800°C, fan oven 160°C, gas mark 4.
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a mug and season with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and pour the sauce over them.
Bake the salmon for 15/20 minutes in the oven.
Put the noodles in a saucepan of boiling water, add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain off the water and place the noodles on 2 plates or in bowls.
Place the cooked salmon and sauce on top of the noodles.

Salmon has a nice sweet flavour that is not too “fishy” and it tastes delicious with the noodles and honey sauce!
