Halloween Treats
Vampire Caramel Apples
What You Need
4 apples
150g bar of cooking chocolate
Writing icing
Mini marshmallows
4 lollipop sticks
Sprinkles

Lollipop sticks
Method
Put a lollipop stick into the middle of each marshmallow.
Make the Halloween characters by decorating the marshmallows using writing icing.

Method
Melt the cooking chocolate in a bowl on medium heat in the microwave. See Top Tip for melting chocolate (here)
Put a lollipop stick through the top of each apple and dip into melted chocolate.
Allow the chocolate to set on the apple (this will take about 1 hour).
Cut a mouth-shaped piece from the middle of the apple and stick in the mini marshmallows as teeth.
Make the eyes and the nose with marshmallows or writing icing and use the sprinkles for the hair and the beard.
