Easy Peasy Chocolate Cake
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan oven 180°C, gas mark 6.
Mix the flour, cocoa powder and sugar in a large bowl.
Break the egg into a mug and beat with a fork. Add the egg to the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Pour the oil and milk into the mug and mix with a fork.
Add the oil and milk to the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl with a wooden spoon.
Spoon the mixture into a round tin lined with baking paper or greased with butter.
Bake in the oven for 15/20 minutes.
Make the icing by mixing half a mug of icing sugar with 2 tablespoons of water.
Spread the icing over the cake with the fork or with the back of the wooden spoon.
Decorate with sprinkles and sweets.

2 tablespoons cocoa powder or chocolate powder

1/2 mug of milk
1/2 mug of icing sugar
sprinkles and sweets to decorate
